About the role
We are looking for a Cyberfire Professional Engineer to join our Cape Town team. You will help deploy and maintain new security services, ensuring they run smoothly and securely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, monitor and maintain systems supporting new security services.
- Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, including configuration changes.
- Document all system‑related activities and changes.
- Assist with system deployments, ongoing maintenance and service monitoring.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as HTTP(s) and DNS.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working with Active Directory.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Good documentation skills.
