Cyber Security Analyst (L1) – SOC Analyst

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst (L1) to join its Global Security Operations Centre. The analyst will work in a 24/7 SOC environment, supporting international clients and using advanced tools such as Darktrace AI and SentinelOne EDR.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate security breaches and cyber‑incident alerts.
• Monitor client portals for early detection of threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs using internal tools.
• Conduct incident response, root‑cause analysis and threat hunting.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Manage, prioritize and escalate support tickets.
• Document case notes, handovers and maintain clear communication across shifts.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients, partners and sales teams.
• Contribute to internal IT and security projects.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Security, Networking or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a cybersecurity or networking role.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus and IDPS.
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
• Willingness to pursue further certifications.
