Customer Team Administrator

About the role

The Customer Team Administrator will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for Property Guardians, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to key collection. This role combines precise administrative work with high‑quality customer service within a leading property consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with letting agents to assess suitability of Property Guardians for available properties.
• Oversee the full onboarding process, from confirmation through move‑in, including document verification (Right to Rent, references, affordability checks, DBS).
• Set up invoices, Direct Debits and maintain accurate financial records using GoCardless.
• Provide regular telephone support, answer enquiries and guide Guardians on next steps and timelines.
• Record all onboarding actions in HubSpot and ensure timely updates.
• Administer room swaps and support the off‑boarding process.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with a friendly approach.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance across documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for telephone and email interactions.
• Experience in customer‑facing administrative roles, preferably within property or real‑estate environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agents.
