Customer Support Representative - Fashion Brand (Temporary)

About the role

A premium international fashion brand is looking for a Customer Support Representative for a temporary position of 4 to 12 weeks. You will represent the brand on live chat and email, helping customers with product queries, orders, delivery updates, returns and general support while keeping a warm, fashion-aware tone. The work is fast-paced and digitally driven, and the location is either Mount Edgecombe or Musgrave in Durban.

Key responsibilities

• Handle live chat and email support for customers
• Assist customers with product queries, orders, delivery updates and returns
• Maintain a professional, empathetic and fashion-aware tone in every interaction

Required profile

• Excellent written English
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with live chat and email support
• Digitally savvy and able to use several systems confidently
• Emotionally intelligent with strong customer empathy
• Adaptable, coachable and calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual and accountable
• Available for UK-aligned shifts, including weekends
• Experience in fashion, e-commerce, Zendesk or customer support is an advantage
