Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join Agent Advisory’s growing team. In this client‑focused position you will build long‑term relationships, anticipate client needs and ensure they receive proactive, value‑driven support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
• Proactively manage communications to drive satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client challenges and goals.
• Provide timely, professional support, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM tools.
• Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives.
• Assist clients participating in YouTube‑based programs by answering questions and clarifying timelines, deliverables and expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as Client Success, Customer Support or Account Management.
• Based in South Africa.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic and solution‑oriented interpersonal style.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using Zoom for client communication.
