Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are building TSC – The Service Company, a new home‑services business in South Africa. As a Service Agent you will help shape the customer experience from the first enquiry through to final follow‑up, ensuring jobs are managed smoothly and customers feel supported.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Gather accurate job details, prepare quotes and confirm bookings with approved service partners.
• Coordinate the entire service process, providing clear instructions to providers and tracking progress.
• Follow up before, during and after jobs, collect photographic proof and verify completion.
• Gather customer feedback, rate service performance and assist with payment release.
• Identify and suggest improvements to scripts, processes and automation.

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Patience when dealing with customers and service providers.
• Professional, well‑spoken manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
