Customer Service Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

About the role

Join the Sigma Family as a Customer Service Representative handling both inbound and outbound collections and general enquiries. You will work from our Southern Suburbs office in Cape Town, providing professional and courteous service to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections, customer service and general enquiries following campaign guidelines and scripts.
• Achieve team targets and KPIs while maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with insurance‑related queries and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a UK‑based BPO environment.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet KPIs and adapt to a fast‑paced call centre environment.
