Customer Relations Agent

About the role

The Health and Beauty sector leader is seeking a Customer Relations Agent to deliver high‑quality service to clients in Centurion. You will act as the primary point of contact for both external and internal enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions in line with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service excellence according to SOPs, handling registration, CRM logging, and telephonic enquiries.
• Respond to product, pricing, and availability questions via phone and online channels.
• Obtain information from relevant departments to resolve enquiries and provide feedback.
• Manage the CRM cell‑phone communications and post updates to leadership groups.
• Log all internal and external enquiries, work occasional after‑hours or weekends as needed.
• Draft correspondence, maintain records, and assist with reception duties.
• Support Sales and CRM teams to achieve shared objectives.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification (minimum).
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Professional phone presence and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence.
