About the role

Join Woolworths Foods as a Customer Assistant / Replenisher on the foods salesfloor. In this full‑time position you will ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, quality products while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and alternatives.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory and maintain product freshness.
• Support waste reduction and minimise shrinkage through proper stock handling.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards in the store.
• Perform basic computer tasks related to stock management.

Required profile

• Grade 12 certificate or National Certificate.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow health, safety and merchandising protocols.
• Team‑player with reliability, honesty and professionalism.
• Ability to manage stress positively and maintain a neat appearance.
