Customer Advisor – Full‑Time

About the role

The Customer Advisor will handle inbound and outbound contacts across multiple channels, ensuring a high‑quality, first‑time resolution experience while meeting KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve customer and client KPI targets for all contacts received via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer‑focused, right‑first‑time service and managing complaints to satisfactory resolution.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries across all available channels.
• Accurately capture and record customer data in the relevant systems in compliance with data‑protection legislation.
• For experienced advisors, mentor and support team members and assist the Team Leader in improving satisfaction and efficiency metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Ability to work under data‑protection and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Capability to meet or exceed performance metrics and handle complaints effectively.
• Willingness to support and mentor junior team members (for senior advisors).
