Customer Advisor – Call Centre (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Advisor to join our fast‑paced call centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through mobile plans, upgrades and retention offers, and help meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers.
• Promote the most suitable mobile products and services.
• Handle upgrades, plan changes, PAC code issuance and retention conversations.
• Make outbound calls via dialer to offer new deals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory scripts and data‑entry standards.
• Maintain and update customer databases and stay informed about new offers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• At least 12 months experience in an international call‑centre environment (telesales, retention or sales).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and active‑listening skills.
• Customer‑first attitude with empathy and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficient computer system navigation.
