CRM Administrator and Project Manager

About the role

WNS South Africa is seeking a skilled CRM Administrator and Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end CRM initiatives. You will ensure data integrity, drive lead management programs, and align CRM capabilities with business objectives across retail and BPO environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage CRM projects from scoping through deployment, including timelines, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality client data across Salesforce, SAP and related Martech platforms.
• Lead lead‑management and client‑survey initiatives to identify business gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with data vendors, IT, and marketing teams to ensure CRM solutions meet strategic goals.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, producing performance reports for senior leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather feedback, and ensure compliance with POPIA and other data‑governance frameworks.
• Champion CRM best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM administration, data management and project delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and exposure to SAP in a retail or BPO setting.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, client segmentation and lead scoring.
