Credit Controller – Property Investment Group

About the role

The property investment group is seeking a Credit Controller to join its Head Office team in Pretoria. This position offers a gateway into the property finance sector, providing exposure to retail centre portfolios, tenant accounts, and arrears management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on tenant accounts, arrears and payments.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare regular financial reports.
• Liaise with tenants, property managers and internal finance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to credit control activities.

Required profile

• Based in Pretoria and able to understand Afrikaans.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ambitious and eager to develop a career in property finance.
