Creative Project Manager – Operations & Talent Lead

About the role

Icon is expanding its managed creative and ads services and needs a Creative Project Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of a high‑volume creative pipeline. You will ensure creators deliver daily assets, manage revisions, and continuously improve systems so the operation scales without quality loss.

Key responsibilities

• Own the filming queue, tracking deliverables, revisions, deadlines and handoffs each day.
• Ensure every creator completes assigned work and same‑day revisions when required.
• Monitor throughput, capacity, blockers and risks, and keep task information clean and accurate.
• Coordinate priorities with Client Success and Operations to focus on high‑impact items.
• Build strong relationships with creators, set clear expectations, coach on speed and quality, and recognize top performance.
• Identify under‑performance early and drive improvement plans or off‑boarding decisions.
• Detect bottlenecks in feedback loops and asset flow, design SOPs, checklists, templates and QA gates.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to define and ship tooling improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative operations, production or high‑volume project management.
• Ability to manage people with empathy while maintaining high standards.
• Systems‑thinking mindset; redesign processes rather than fixing isolated issues.
• Strong focus on deadlines, follow‑through and clean execution.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience creating SOPs, checklists and workflow documentation.
• Collaboration with engineering/product teams for tooling enhancements.
