Cost Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Cost Controller will champion and implement property‑wide financial strategies, providing the expertise needed to support the brand’s service initiatives while maximising return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and decision‑making by analysing financial data, forecasting sales, creating annual budgets and monitoring actual performance against projections.
• Lead accounting teams, assign clear accountability, ensure accurate profit‑and‑loss reporting and oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Manage taxes, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and maintain accurate cost‑to‑revenue matching in the P&L.
• Develop and maintain finance and accounting goals aligned with property strategy, submit timely reports and correct audit findings as needed.
• Engage with key stakeholders, advise the General Manager and executive committee on financial issues, and communicate financial results to owners.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
