Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Westwood Skye, a premium provider of secure self‑catering accommodation in Westville, Durban, is entering a growth phase and seeks an experienced sales professional to build long‑term corporate relationships and boost occupancy across its ten 5‑bed, 5‑bath lodges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate accommodation accounts on a daily basis.
• Prospect for business, arrange client meetings and deliver presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate long‑term accommodation agreements.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and achieve agreed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide dedicated support to key corporate clients before, during and after their stay to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals, and assist the Reservations Manager during peak periods.

Required profile

• Enjoys finding new business and is confident speaking with senior decision‑makers.
• Proven record of winning new clients and building lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and able to work independently.
• Experience in hospitality, accommodation, conferencing, tourism or corporate travel is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle are essential.
