Core Trainer – Training Delivery Specialist

About the role

As a Core Trainer you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality training sessions that ensure delegates enjoy a positive learning experience and reach the required competency levels. You will act as an ambassador for Sigma, living the company values and supporting the onboarding of new starters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver engaging induction and ongoing development training.
• Book resources, coordinate with operational leaders and review training content for each session.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps for new hires and existing employees.
• Manage the full training cycle, from planning through evaluation.
• Support smooth transitions for new starters and client onboarding.
• Promote Sigma’s culture and values during all interactions.
