Core Trainer

About the role

The Core Trainer will deliver engaging, high‑quality training programmes that support onboarding, employee development and operational performance. Working closely with operational leaders, you will ensure learners achieve required competency levels and are equipped to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new employees and client programmes.
• Prepare and facilitate engaging induction and development training sessions.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skills gaps.
• Manage the full training cycle and measure effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Review, update and improve training content to align with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders to develop learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers and compliance documentation.
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and developmental feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in training delivery, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Confidence presenting to groups with diverse learning styles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Digital learning platforms.
• ADDIE instructional design methodology (advantageous).
