About the role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary specializing in property transfers to join a well‑established law firm’s Centurion branch. The role involves managing the full conveyancing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and type all conveyancing documentation.
- Manage the complete conveyancing file from initiation to completion.
- Handle administration and follow‑ups related to each file.
- Support attorneys and colleagues as required.
- Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high‑quality work standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, specializing in transfers.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Familiarity with conveyancing documentation procedures.
