Controller / Finance Operations Lead

About the role

Full Violence is seeking a Controller / Finance Operations Lead to own and professionalize the financial operations of its fast‑moving media and e‑commerce business. You will partner directly with senior leadership to enhance reporting, forecasting, and accounting infrastructure while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly close and produce accurate financial reports.
• Manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers.
• Track inventory, COGS, and product margins.
• Analyze profitability across merchandise, sponsorships, and media.
• Improve financial systems, SOPs, and reporting accuracy.
• Support budgeting, strategic planning, and investor diligence.
• Help build scalable finance infrastructure as the company expands.

Required profile

• 4+ years in accounting, finance, or controller roles.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles.
• Experience with e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
