About the role
The Contracts Manager will lead the contractual, commercial and quality aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while driving cost optimisation and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and enforce HSE compliance across all sites.
- Take full responsibility for quality compliance of assigned projects.
- Plan, monitor and manage project costs to optimise financial performance.
- Oversee document management and business reporting via SharePoint and the BOS system.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Set objectives, coach and evaluate reportees in line with their roles.
Required profile
- Tertiary degree or diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
- Construction Manager (SACPCMP) certification – non‑negotiable.
- 10+ years of technical experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to manage 1–3 construction sites simultaneously.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel extensively.
