Contract Manager

About the role

GVK-Siya Zama is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and legislative standards while delivering positive economic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage optimal contractual frameworks for projects.
• Lead HSE compliance initiatives and uphold quality standards across all sites.
• Oversee project cost planning, monitoring, and financial performance optimisation.
• Maintain document management and business reporting using SharePoint and the BOS system.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, safeguarding reputation through ethical contracting.
• Provide leadership and people management to project teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree or National Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration as SACPCMP (Construction Manager).
• Minimum 10 years of technical construction experience.
• At least 6 years of managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead HSE and quality compliance.
