Contract Manager – High‑Volume Brand Sponsorships

About the role

Adhesive Media is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of brand‑sponsorship agreements between global brands and YouTubers. Working remotely, you will manage a high volume of contracts, ensuring they are accurate, compliant and executed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming brand agreements and identify clauses that need negotiation.
• Draft creator agreements using internal templates.
• Negotiate redlines with brand legal teams and creator managers.
• Maintain a shared inbox with a 24‑hour service level agreement.
• Track over 50 active deals and keep internal contract systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Paralegal qualification or solid commercial legal experience.
• Proven ability to handle large contract volumes.
• Strong knowledge of US contract law and terminology.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
