Continuous Improvement Graduate – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering graduate to join our graduate program in the Supply Chain of our Distribution Centres. The role provides exposure to people, process and risk management with the aim of developing future managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and support fill‑rate, headcount and performance appraisal processes.
• Monitor KPI’s such as shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries and material handling equipment performance.
• Gain hands‑on experience in receiving, production reporting, inventory management and dispatch operations.
• Assist with client volume planning, delivery scheduling and replenishment activities.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and shift operations.
• Support SHEQ initiatives, including LTI, IOD tracking and audit preparation.

Required profile

• University degree in Production, Industrial, Process or Operating Engineering.
• Willingness to work onsite in a distribution centre and travel nationally.
• Strong numeric and verbal reasoning abilities.
