Content & Organic Growth Manager

About the role

The Content & Organic Growth Manager will lead Lula’s organic growth by shaping and executing strategies across content, SEO, PR and thought‑leadership. Working hands‑on, you will create high‑impact copy, optimise existing assets and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organic growth strategy that aligns with business priorities, identifying SEO, content and PR opportunities.
• Own the editorial calendar and produce or edit copy for blogs, case studies, sales enablement tools, executive thought‑leadership pieces and press releases.
• Manage relationships with SEO and PR agencies, translating their recommendations into actionable road‑maps and monitoring performance.
• Prioritise keyword opportunities, oversee SEO implementation and continuously optimise content for traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Lead PR and thought‑leadership initiatives, securing media coverage and executive profiling to increase share of voice.
• Coordinate agency briefs, budgets and quality assurance to ensure high‑standard deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, SEO or related organic growth roles.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into content plans that drive traffic and demand.
• Strong editorial sense with a track record of producing compelling copy across multiple formats.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and iterating strategies.
