Content Data Analyst

About the role

The Content Data Analyst will join the Global Product Analytics team within LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX. The role focuses on turning complex legal content data into actionable insights that guide product and content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Structure business problems into distinct data analyses and test hypotheses.
• Deliver accurate and timely insights to Legal Content directors.
• Communicate findings through charts and presentations to influence decisions.
• Build and iteratively improve self‑service dashboards for Legal Content directors.
• Develop and automate reports to monitor key metrics and understand variances.
• Use analytical capabilities to continuously improve data‑feed quality.
• Build robust, repeatable, version‑controlled analyses that are well documented.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience extracting insights from large datasets.
• Strong applied knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Solid business judgment with a keen interest in metrics and analysis.
• Curious, structured problem‑solver who challenges the status quo.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Understanding of web analytics (DOM, CSS, HTML).
