Content & Campaign Officer

About the role

The Content & Campaign Officer will support three brands by creating, publishing and managing digital content across social media, email and website channels. You will work closely with the Brand and Media Manager to ensure a consistent voice and visual identity while driving engagement and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for all three entities, aligning with overall brand strategy.
• Create and publish posts, reels, stories and video content on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, reports and other collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write, design and distribute newsletters and blog articles, applying SEO best practices.
• Plan, edit and publish video content for social media and YouTube, supporting event coverage.
• Update website content, monitor for broken links and maintain organized asset libraries in Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Support NPO marketing initiatives, including school and university collaborations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing content, design and copywriting work.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, calendars and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
