About the role
WNS South Africa, part of WNS (Holdings) Limited, a global Business Process Management leader, is hiring a Contact Center Advisor in Cape Town. The role involves handling incoming calls from international customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls from international customers
- Interact and thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls and stressful situations
- Deliver a sense of urgency when responding to customer requests
- Maintain professional etiquette and provide exceptional customer service by phone
- Inform the Coach, Floor Support mentor or Team Leader promptly about any problems or unusual matters that could lead to escalation or customer dissatisfaction
- Enter accurate information into systems, with detailed documentation for possible future investigations
Required profile
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12
- At least 1 year of consecutive contact center experience
