About the role

WNS South Africa, part of WNS (Holdings) Limited, a global Business Process Management leader, is hiring a Contact Center Advisor in Cape Town. The role involves handling incoming calls from international customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from international customers
Interact and thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls and stressful situations
Deliver a sense of urgency when responding to customer requests
Maintain professional etiquette and provide exceptional customer service by phone
Inform the Coach, Floor Support mentor or Team Leader promptly about any problems or unusual matters that could lead to escalation or customer dissatisfaction
Enter accurate information into systems, with detailed documentation for possible future investigations

Required profile

Minimum requirement: Grade 12
At least 1 year of consecutive contact center experience
