Consultant – Global Advisory Services

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Consultant for its Global Advisory Services team. You will lead complex, multi‑workstream consulting projects for life‑science clients, helping them navigate commercial, market‑access and strategic challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and client contacts across large, global engagements.
• Design, structure and deliver client reports, presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow‑on work.
• Support proposal development and creation of intellectual property assets.
• Coach junior staff and project team members to achieve their objectives.
• Lead internal initiatives such as recruitment, training and junior development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex consulting projects in the life‑science or healthcare sector.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Interest in continuous learning of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
