Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Turnkey Interiors is seeking a temporary Construction Site Supervisor for internal construction and finishing works. The role is a 3‑month full‑time contract based on sites within the Cape Town CBD, with the office located in Century City. Candidates must have their own car and will report to the Head of Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including personnel attendance, deliveries, and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor quality, timing, and resolve technical queries and issues on site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and dimensions to guide work.
• Communicate clearly with contractors, suppliers, and internal management regarding deliverables.
• Ensure site safety standards are upheld and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management or supervision.
• At least a Matric qualification; a construction‑related or management qualification is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and dimensions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
