About the role
Our client is a South African civil engineering construction company with 15 years of experience delivering contracting and project‑management services. They are seeking a Construction Manager to lead road construction projects across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil‑engineering construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of road construction, ensuring compliance with COLTO/COTO class 1 & 2 standards.
- Coordinate with the head office in the Western Cape while working on‑site at various locations.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in civil‑engineering road projects.
- Successfully completed 2–3 projects exceeding R30 million in value.
- B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Registration with SACPCMP – Pr.CPM/Pr.CM.
- Proficiency in Candy or MS Projects for planning and scheduling.

What we offer
- Basic salary of R85 000 per month.
