Construction Manager – Overhead Line Project

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of an Overhead Line (OHL) project based in Edzell. This senior leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high‑quality outcomes aligned with programme and commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of site construction activities from planning through to delivery.
- Drive a Zero Harm culture and ensure all HSE standards are met.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary site team.
- Oversee programme, cost and quality performance.
- Lead subcontractor management and supply‑chain delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure robust planning, reporting and risk management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior site leader, preferably in OHL, utilities or infrastructure.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with knowledge of contracts and cost control.
- Commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.
