Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of solar photovoltaic (PV) construction projects across commercial, industrial and utility‑scale sites. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that each installation meets Solareff’s high standards for performance, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules for solar PV projects.
• Coordinate on‑site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress to guarantee on‑time delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Enforce quality and safety standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and operations to align execution with technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction of solar PV installations at commercial, industrial or utility scale.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with engineering, procurement and operations.
