Construction Foreman (5 positions)

About the role

Our client in Pretoria East is seeking five experienced Construction Foremen to lead and supervise building projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage site labour.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Maintain strict quality control and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide work crews.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report to project managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Proven track record managing commercial, residential or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management, quality control and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
