Senior Digital Delivery Technician

About the role

The Senior Digital Delivery Technician will lead BIM and digital delivery activities for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring high‑quality models, standards compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Model, detail and visualise 3D project models using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D and Bentley tools.
• Develop and maintain Autodesk templates, libraries and parametric workflows.
• Program automation scripts within Autodesk (visual coding) to streamline design processes.
• Conduct quality audits on outgoing drawings and enforce project‑wide standardisation.
• Provide BIM implementation, troubleshooting and interface setup across departments.
• Mentor junior staff, deliver technical training and support.
• Lead project delivery meetings, technical discussions and supervise on‑site queries.
• Ensure all documentation meets ISO‑19650 standards and internal quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in BIM, digital delivery and construction modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, supervise teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong commitment to quality, client satisfaction and adherence to safety and management systems.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D and Bentley software proficiency.
• Experience with Autodesk programming/visual coding for automation.
• Knowledge of ISO‑19650 BIM standards.
• Parametric modelling and workflow creation.
• 3D visualisation and LOD (Level of Development) detailing.
• BIM implementation and standards management.
