Construction Director (m/f)

About the role

ELCI Construção, a reputable civil construction company, is looking for a Construction Director (m/f) to join its Site Management Department. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage construction contracts.
• Control project costs, materials, equipment, schedules, and work quality.
• Prepare technical reports and measurement records.
• Lead direct teams and coordinate sub‑contractors.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, and site management.
• Guarantee adherence to legal and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Active member of the Engineers Order (mandatory).
• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and site‑management techniques.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project and BIM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• Residence in the Leiria/Fátima/Ourém/Torres Novas/Tomar area.
