Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all building operating systems on site, ensuring reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and address tenant safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental requests.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate approvals and work orders with contractors, tenants, and management for external services.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of building operations maintenance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions.
• Possession of any required licenses.
• Physical capability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
