Community Scheme Manager

About the role

The Community Scheme Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration and control of residential properties governed by the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act. The role ensures that trustees and members are satisfied with the service delivery and that the scheme operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential properties within sectional title schemes and homeowners' associations.
• Ensure compliance with the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act and related regulations.
• Liaise with trustees, members and service providers to address queries and concerns.
• Oversee financial administration, budgeting and reporting for each scheme.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety across all properties.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sectional Title or HOA management.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Proven conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written communication skills.
