About the role
Join FNB as a Community Advisor on the Alternative Channel (Pick ‘n Pay) and deliver excellent, prompt service to customers. You will help clients understand banking solutions, process their requests, and promote integrated financial products in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a positive and helpful experience.
- Explain banking processes and requirements in clear, simple language.
- Ensure compliance with all rules and procedures, maintaining high attention to detail.
- Educate customers on the appropriate banking platforms that meet their needs.
- Analyse customer data to recommend tailored financial solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Uphold ethical standards and take accountability for personal performance and development.
Required profile
- South African citizen.
- NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
- 1‑2 years experience in client services or support (advantageous).
- Willingness to work a shift schedule.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Persuasive selling skills and ability to understand regulated environments.
- Agile, flexible, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results‑driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
