Communications & Brand Coordinator

About the role

Asthrall is seeking a Communications & Brand Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Durban. You will help shape and deliver brand and communication strategies that reflect the company’s mission of creating intuitive presence technology.

Key responsibilities

• Draft internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Create content for digital platforms and print materials.
• Coordinate brand‑related campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and monitor brand presence.
• Prepare reports on communication and brand performance.
• Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams to align messaging with audience needs.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Experience in brand strategy, positioning, and long‑term brand development.
• Background in brand management and oversight of visual/verbal identity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in technology, innovation, or design‑focused environments is a plus.
