About the role

Old Mutual is recruiting a Commissioned Financial Adviser for its Hillcrest, Pinetown, New Germany, Hammarsdale and Kloof area. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.

Key responsibilities

Procure new business
Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
Work mainly on your own leads

Required profile

NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
Self-motivated, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit

Required skills

Consultative selling and direct selling
Sales data management and sales software
Qualifying prospects, probing questions and strategic selling
