Commissioned Financial Adviser – Client Solutions

About the role

As a Commissioned Financial Adviser you will champion our customers’ financial aspirations, identifying their needs and delivering tailored advice. You will work primarily on your own leads, helping clients achieve long‑term goals through appropriate financial plans and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess clients’ financial needs and objectives.
• Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend suitable products.
• Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
• Procure new business and expand sales of existing products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track performance.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required skills

• Consultative selling and direct selling techniques.
• Customer‑focused communication and probing questioning.
• Strategic selling and opportunity identification.
