About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its Bloemfontein / Welkom team as a commissioned financial adviser. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 qualification (Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate) or equivalent (required)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Consultative selling and strategic selling
- Direct selling and prospect qualification
- Sales data management and sales software
- Oral communication and building customer relationships
