Commercial Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the Head of Commercial and Commercial Lead in shaping and delivering pricing strategies for our global mobility services. Based in Stellenbosch, you will work closely with account management, business development and finance teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Commercial in developing pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions.
• Compile and review market analysis, benchmarking data and competitor pricing to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development and Finance to set optimal pricing for new and existing services and provide training for price negotiations.
• Own the MCE process, calculating costs, benchmarking historic data and recommending mark‑ups to maximise margins.
• Manage the partner invoicing workflow from quotation to final approval, overseeing invoicing inboxes and AP portal.
• Track non‑approved costs, protect margins and suggest process improvements.
• Support the Supply Chain Analyst in reviewing pricing trends and analysing the impact of pricing changes on revenue and market share.
• Monitor compliance with pricing policies.

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and pricing data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across commercial, finance and client services teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to cost compilation and invoicing oversight.
• Proactive attitude in identifying margin‑enhancing opportunities.
