Commercial Administrator - Inland, Coastal and Africa

About the role

Stefanutti Stocks Inland, Commercial Department is looking for an Administrator for its Inland, Coastal and Africa regions. The postholder handles enquiries covering guarantees, insurance, service providers, litigation and arbitration, and contractual and commercial project records. The position is junior level and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the guarantee database, including applications, cancellations and payments
• Run the project register for new projects, project closure and collection of bragsheets
• Administer the project insurance register and help with applications and extensions
• Support the Commercial Director with administrative requirements
• Maintain an electronic database of contracts and contract documents
• Assist the estimating department with guarantees and project information

Required profile

• 2 years' experience in a similar environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat DC
• Knowledge of office administration, BuildSmart, S@S and similar systems
