Collections Agent – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role
We are looking for motivated contact‑centre agents to join our collections team on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring each contact is managed efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage call time effectively without compromising quality objectives.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, kindness, enthusiasm and patience in every interaction.
- Achieve first‑contact resolution whenever possible, escalating assertively when required.
- Follow defined procedures, use work tools correctly, and adhere to security and confidentiality policies.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to your supervisor immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement actions agreed with your manager.
Required profile
- 6‑12 months experience in a contact‑centre environment or high‑end retail.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or collections (essential).
- International BPO experience is a plus.
