Collections Agent – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for motivated contact‑centre agents to join our collections team on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring each contact is managed efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage call time effectively without compromising quality objectives.
• Demonstrate active listening, empathy, kindness, enthusiasm and patience in every interaction.
• Achieve first‑contact resolution whenever possible, escalating assertively when required.
• Follow defined procedures, use work tools correctly, and adhere to security and confidentiality policies.
• Report any incidents or safety concerns to your supervisor immediately.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions agreed with your manager.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months experience in a contact‑centre environment or high‑end retail.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or collections (essential).
• International BPO experience is a plus.
