About the role
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Bruma location. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience during a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Control stock levels and manage inventory.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee overall shop management, including back‑of‑house operations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of restaurant or café management experience.
- Proven ability to manage back‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ambitious, hardworking and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer
- Competitive gross salary ranging from R10 000 to R12 000 per month.
- Stable weekday schedule (7 am‑4 pm).
