CNC Operator – Production

About the role

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our dynamic production environment in Belgium. The successful candidate will operate and adjust CNC machines on production lines, ensuring high‑precision output while maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust CNC machines for turning, milling, and grinding processes.
• Load and unload materials and tools as required for production runs.
• Check and adjust machine settings and measurements to meet quality specifications.
• Identify and resolve minor technical faults, reporting larger issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Technical degree, trade certificate, or equivalent experience in CNC techniques.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus, but candidates from other production lines are also welcome.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
